    I understand that this location is small because its inside of a grocery store so they don't have everything that other locations have but with that being said their service could've been better. Mckynna was working and she really rubbed me the wrong way and was almost looking for a problem

    After finding out that this location has removed the offensive barrista and is trying to improve its image and it's public relations with the local constabulatory I have upped my rating. I will give them a second chance to continue to do better.

    One of the hallmarks of a healthy society is the ability of its citizens to set aside past issues and look forward. I have always encouraged this and am happy at the chance to put this ideology to work myself.

    As for the barrista who did make those comments, I hope she grows and matures. Our police officers and first responders do a hard job that is often dangerous and thankless.

    Rude!! Lady at counter was sick and infectious to everyone. Long line and drinks were discussting

    Starbucks is Starbucks so im not going to spend time talking about the quality of the coffee ...its just a s good as the rest. The only issue with this Starbucks is the size- its inside an Albertson so it's basically just a counter with 2 employee's. Just about everytime I'm there, there is a line of 5 or more people....so just be patient or pre-order with the app.

    I love my Morro Bay-Albertsons Starbucks! Everyone there is super nice. Denise is a sweetheart! We always get prompt service. Especially, in the morning when I'm in a crunch to get to work on time. Our orders are always accurate even when it's super busy. The girls move quickly to complete orders. So, you won't longer than 5 minutes even when the line is deep.

    Kudos Starbucks team!
